In April 2010 Besser Company acquired Kraft Energy of Fort Worth, Texas and Lindern, Germany. During the last eight months Kraft Energy’s manufacturing facility has been integrated into Besser’s European Headquarters in Emden, Germany. This facility, incorporating the manufacturing of the complete Omag concrete production and handling equipment, is one of the most advanced and complete engineering and manufacturing facilities serving the global manufactured concrete products industry.
