Polblat is a family company specializing in the production of technological boards used for concrete elements. Company is located in central Europe, in Poland. The current offer of the company consists of boards made of:

- wood (pine, larch),

- multilayer plywood,

and service including regeneration of used boards.

One of the elements that makes Polblat stand out from the competition is quality of the boards. They are characterized by excellent transmission of vibration, thanks to which manufacturers of vibro-pressed products can save on the amount of cement added. This feature was achieved through the use of carefully developed technological solutions. Polblat also pays special attention to selection of the raw material from which the boards are made. The company cooperates with reputable suppliers of both wood and plywood in Poland.

To meet the needs of the concrete products market, Polblat is constantly expanding its product offer. The example is development of a new board, i.e. a production board with a polyurethane coating made in two variants:

- board with a polyurethane coating and a plywood core,

- board with a polyurethane coating and a wooden core.

Improvements in the new product are aimed at eliminating currently identified technological barriers in the production processes of vibro-pressed concrete elements, which significantly affect the quality of products.

Polblat production boards are fully adapted to work with high-tech concrete block making machines and high-efficiency production lines. The issue of using a wooden or plastic board requires only the use of appropriate devices for feeding and receiving boards from a machine. Other devices, including the concrete block machine itself, are adapted to the production of elements on various types of boards.
