Process water treatment with automatedpH level control system

With the rapid increase in environmental concern over the past few years it is now more important than ever to be proactive with today’s policies. Being proactive in our industry not only helps our surrounding environment, but minimizes the potential for costly fines and/or poor public relations. Due to this, the concern in treating the release of process water in the concrete industry has grown immensely in recent years. The pH level of the water to be discharged needs to be reduced, but to do so effectively, they often have to store gallons of hazardous liquid acid which raises the potential for spills, accidents and increases handling costs.
