Prestressed precast slabs with in-situ topping forunsupported installations up to 8 metres long

The Klebl group of companies, one of the largest manufacturers of structural precast parts in Germany with five precast works, produces at its site in Penning near Passau a precast slab with in-situ topping that can speed up building progress considerably in many cases and can increase quality. The unsupported installation of these floors is possible up to a span of eight metres between supports. With a central support, spans of up to 12 metres are already possible without problem. The thickness of the semi-precast elements ranges from six to twenty centimetres.
