Expansion of precast part technologyby the combination of concrete and wood

Many builders, architects and engineers prefer pure concrete floors on account of their outstanding technical characteristics. As an alternative to such traditional concrete floor systems, a combination of wood and concrete offers precast manufacturers the possibility to extend their repertoire and, hence, to fulfil special customer requests. A corresponding composite construction system from the Rettenmeier company, which can additionally be used for the prefabrication of wall and floor slabs, is presented in this article.
