The patented pole production process is unique and utilises an inner core and an outer mould attached vertically to a support mast which when assembled creates a pole shaped chamber. The pole is cast base up and the reinforcing cage is suspended within the chamber. Concrete is pumped upwards to fill the chamber and then compressed to extract the free water. The mould and core can be removed immediately as the now stiff concrete adheres to the reinforcing cage. The finished pole is then transferred from the casting station and suspended in the adjacent storage carousel which has individual steam curing compartments.
