Due to industrial manufacturing methods, the mould equipment for a block plant has been accorded a higher importance in the last few years with regard to quality. Reproducible, process- reliable working steps, which are performed on the latest NC machines, ensure that the mould equipment satisfies the many customer requirements, whereby these requirements are quite diverse: the mould equipment should produce optimum concrete blocks from the first cycle onwards, it should exhibit very high resistance to wear and it should be able to withstand the extreme stresses in a block machine, in relation to vibration dynamics and mechanical loads, over a long period of time.
