It is made up of two towers with over 630 luxury apartments on 44 floors and a multi story car park with eleven levels. The building boasts a swimming pool, cinema and fitness centre and offers its occupants computer assisted services for the first time in Miami. The contracting company, Baker Construction, Monroe, OH, commissioned the Cherokee Pumping Company – concrete pumping service – based in Hampton, GA, with the concreting work.
