The Innovationswerkstatt Reinhardt at Pfaffenhain in Germany, an innovation workshop, has been concentrating on the surface treatment of concrete caststone for inside use since the early 1970's. The nano-composite crystal treatment consisting of two components offers outstanding advantages over previously used coating and impregnation materials, particularly in areas which are subjected to high mechanical stress.
