MBK Maschinenbau GmbH with head office in Kisslegg, Allgäu, Germany, have been buildings machines for manufacturing reinforcement cages for the concrete industry, for more than 40 years now. During this time MBK and their sales partners have sold and delivered almost 600 wire cage machines worldwide. Nearly all of the machines are still in use today. For more than 10 years now MBK has also been making saws and milling machines for reinforced concrete pipes, as well as complete pipe testing lines with integrated milling machine, water/vacuum testing, measurement and recording. 5 years ago MBK built it’s first square wire cage machine for ramp pile reinforcements, on which the ribbed concrete reinforcing steel is processed as longitudinal wire. 10 machines of this type have been delivered since then. Due to numerous demands, MBK decided to expand their product range of reinforcement making machines for supports and bore piles. This year they have already received three orders for such machines.
