Eight European cement associations are financing the second cycle of their student competition "International Concrete Design Competition", with both meanings of "plastic opacity". During this second round also, architectural, construction engineering and art students are to take an intelligent and innovative approach to exploiting the special properties of concrete. New ideas for concrete are to be developed through research, experiment and design.
