Ever since I joined BIBM in January 2004, I was told about the trien-nial Congress as the main event for the precast concrete industry in Europe. As it often happens when you are presented an event as “fantastic” or “not to miss”, the risks of being dissatisfied are huge, as the expectations play a major role in the subjective per-ception of the event.
