With Nafuquick S, MC-Bauchemie has developed a new, compact filler for the repair of relatively large crevices on concrete surfaces with exposed rebar. In contrast to conventional solutions, Nafuquick S can be applied without prior coating with a corrosion inhibitor and adhesion primer. This is because the product combines the qualities of a polymer-fibre reinforced coarse filler with those of a bond coat and a corrosion protection agent. The compact filler is ideally suited to the cosmetic reprofiling of broken concrete edges and delaminations. It can be used up to an application thickness of 80 mm and as a joint sealer in precast concrete components. This 3-in-1 solution enables users to save time yet also achieve very good results – especially regarding compressive strength – with relatively small consumption levels.
