Reverse Demoulding System used for wet casting concrete products in new automated factory in the USA

Vortex Hydra has patented a wet-casting system based on the reverse-demoulding principle. This system allows natural stone or wood texture concrete products to be made in silicon or polyurethane rubber moulds with the use of a rigid plastic frame ensuring dimensional accuracy that cannot be obtained using the a more traditional moulding system. Vortex Hydra have recently designed and supplied a new fully automatic wet casting plant that uses the reverse-demoulding technique for high quality artificial stone production which is currently being installed in the U.S.A.
