Perfectly controlled compaction

The twelfth article in the series "Increasing Productivity and Quality Management" deals with the compaction of concrete in a pallet circulation system. The compaction affects the quality of precast concrete quite significantly. With the vibration and shaking techniques, two methods are available that proven themselves in countless precast facilities. This report describes the role of automation technology in compaction. The report also discusses how Unitechnik achieves good compaction results "automatically" using product-specific parameters and in this way makes an important contribution to quality management.
