weiler celebrates the 60th anniversary of its founding

60 years of weiler GmbH – the worldwide-in-demand specialist for the precast industry from Gau-Algesheim near Bingen am Rhein celebrates the 60th anniversary of its founding this year. The mid-size family-owned company can look back on a successful history. Founded in the 1950s, its numerous innovations have helped it develop into a successful supplier of machines and plants for the production of precast con- crete elements worldwide. weiler GmbH, which employs 80 people, achieved turnover of around 19 million euros last year. Plants and machines from the mid-size technology producer are in use in over 250 locations in 51 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America. The core of the range includes state-of-the-art extruder technology, such as the Max-truder® series, concrete mixing plants, tilting table units, table production lines, battery moulds, fully automatic sawing machines and Internet-based control systems for worldwide process monitoring. An internationally established sales network, continually increasing export figures, notable customers such as Lafrage, Cemex or Holcim and a worldwide presence at all leading trade fairs are also a guarantee of the success of the machine and plant technology from weiler GmbH in the future too.
