Qatar Clay Bricks Co. chooses aluminium racks for its new concrete block production line

Qatar Clay Bricks Co. from Doha is one of the most important brick producers in the region, but is also increasingly active in concrete block production. Masa GmbH from Andernach has now supplied a further complete concrete block making plant, including the rack system, to its long-standing customer. When it came to the hardening racks, Qatar Clay Bricks Co. was the first concrete plant operator in Qatar to choose an aluminium rack from HS Anlagentechnik, the practically non-corrodible HS-Alu-Premium curing chambers. The rack system, which has a total capacity of 5,016 sheets (1,400 x 1,300 mm), features the proven snap-in technology with continuous lateral board guidance and also impressed those responsible at Qatar Clay Bricks Co. with its fast and simple assembly.
