Shrinking techniques in moulds all over the world

Construx b.v.b.a., 8531 Hulste, Belgium

Room cells have a wide range of uses as technical buildings for various areas of application - whether as transformer stations, plant rooms for wind turbines, pump buildings, equipment sheds or plant rooms for barrier and flashing light systems at railway crossings. When the inside of these concrete elements is not allowed to be tapered the mould forming the inner core must be made shrinkable. The same prin- ciple works for all types of core elements such as box culverts, stair cores and lift shafts. As a specialist in the design and manufacturing of precast moulds with shrinking techniques, Construx gives you an overview of their latest projects related to this subject.
