In this project, a manufacturing technology for folded façade elements made of textile-reinforced concrete (TRC) is elaborated and implemented in a façade product as an example. To this end, complex geometries are defined for the "façade" application and a method of forming concrete in the still plastically formable state is developed. With the aid of a new type of folding tool and an innovative method of forming, a TRC façade element results that makes the technical manufacturing method for conventional concrete facades efficient.
