With effect from 1st February 2020, Andreas Schlemmer takes over the sole management of SR-Schindler Maschinen-Anlagentechnik GmbH in Regensburg. Schlemmer is a trained mechanical engineer and has more than 25 years experience in the concrete block industry.

"Our goal is to optimally position SR-Schindler GmbH with an adapted product portfolio and optimised workflows for the constantly growing requirements of a globalised market in the concrete block industry," says Schlemmer.

The new manager's tasks will focus on continuing along the path of realignment of the company within the Topwerk Group, in order to remain the world's number one in the field of the finishing of concrete products, such as pavers or patio slabs, with innovative products and services.

SR-Schindler Maschinen-Anlagentechnik GmbH develops, manufactures and assembles individual machines as well as complete turnkey production lines for the production of hermetic tiles and for the surface finishing of pavers and concrete slabs. The Regensburg-based company belongs to the globally operative Topwerk Group and last year achieved a turnover of about EUR 20 million with more than 80 employees.
