In July 2022, B.T. innovation GmbH expanded its management, in the course of which Felix von Limburg, managing partner of the company, and Stefan Wittek, commercial director of B.T. innovation GmbH, welcomed Jochen Bauer as a further managing director.

In the course of the company's thirty-year history, BT innovation has developed from a regional dealer of special construction items into a globally active supplier of system solutions in the precast concrete and construction industry. The Magdeburg-based company's products are in demand and used worldwide. With the introduction of innovative products that live up to the motto "For faster construction", BT innovation has been able to position itself broadly in recent years. The idea of innovation is paramount in all areas that the company's own product range has to offer. With the help of this philosophy, BT has been able to develop into a company with customers and trading partners in more than 70 countries today.

In order to be able to deal professionally with the increasing demand and growing tasks in the future, the decision was made to expand the management. BT chose Jochen Bauer, who brings with him over thirty years of professional experience within the construction industry. After intensive discussions between the company and Jochen Bauer, it became clear that he would be a perfect fit for the medium and long-term goals of B.T. innovation GmbH as an additional managing director.

After Jochen Bauer had familiarised himself with the company, the objectives were precisely defined and communicated. He wishes to focus on the essentials: “We have defined both turnover, return and market share targets, but also agreed that the focus of activities must lie in particular on the building and cohesion of the entire team. We know that successful transformation can only succeed in harmony with modern leadership principles and fair treatment of employees, customers and suppliers.”
