After combining the Elematic operations of Servicemasters, and DDIPL (Dutt Design), into the new company Elematic Pvt Ltd, Mr Chander Dutta has sold the majority of the company to Elematic. The contract was signed on October, 2013 and the new company with 25 employees is fully operational since January 2014.
