KP1, French Industrial Group of First Level specialized in creation of constructive precast concrete systems, has chosen the know-how of Bianchi Casseforme for a new production line of prestressed elements in the factory of Grigny, Lyon. The new production line includes the following elements: a steel anchoring structure for strands of 800 ton total capacity, a frame with hydraulic replacement of the lateral sides of total length 44 metres, with three interchangeable bases of 50, 60 and 65 cm width, a pair of lateral sides of 44 metres total length, for rectangular R beams up to 135 cm height.
