With Oliver Rauter as new managing director, the Hess Group is investing equally in continuity and its global growth plans. Oliver Rauter is thus succeeding Tobias Hess and returns to the Hess Group after three years of management at Prinzing Pfeiffer. For almost two decades he has held leading positions at the Hess Group, which together with SR Schindler, Prinzing Pfeiffer and Hess AAC Systems is part of the international Topwerk Group since 2013.

Oliver Rauter began his career with the Hess Group in 2003. From 2009 onwards, he helped to establish the Hess Middle East branch in Dubai as managing director. He then took on management positions at the Hess Group and its holding company before joining the management of Prinzing Pfeiffer in 2017.
