Since it was founded in 1980, BCC Infrastructures Pvt. (BCC) of Ghaziabad near Delhi has completed more than 50 real estate projects. In the early years, founder S. P. Singh worked mostly as an independent contractor for leading Indian real estate developers like DLF and the construction company Punj Lloyd, but since 1993, the company has been more strongly focussing on becoming an independent real estate developer for commercial buildings. The geographical focus of the company is on the north Indian regions of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. In total, BCC is developing approximately 10,000 residential units with a total property area of approximately 1.1 million m2, which will be built in the coming years. For several years, company founder S. P. Singh has been actively supported at the head of the company by his son Kumar Bharat, who in his capacity as director is confidently leading the company into the next generation.
