Belimed Sauter AG intends to set new standards in concrete preparation with completely condensing plants. Thanks to technical innovations, the new Booster product line offers better efficiency and higher performance whilst lowering consumption. The objectives were clear from the start: the new concept should cover the power range up to 1000 kW and ensure that the required concrete production can take place at the desired temperature and under all weather conditions. Four essential requirements were defined during the validation phase: the new plant must guarantee efficient heating of gravel and sand using air and steam, as well as the production of sufficient hot water. In addition, the new concept should ensure that the heating system can cover all of the heating requirements of a concrete plant, on top of which a manufactured size was aimed for that would make it possible to transport the plant by HGV.
