The precast concrete is now widely applied in many kinds of construction works, e.g. aircraft hangar, multi-storey buildings, town houses, multi-span bridges, stadiums, industrial buildings, and other special construction works. In most of cases the precast concrete technology is combined with high strength concrete and fibre reinforced concrete technology that may in fact improve the construction quality and reduce the construction time.Therefore, precast concrete system is potentially being a good way to achieve higher efficiency in concrete construction industry in the future.
