New technologies and new measuring systems are required in order to do justice to the efforts of the ready-mix concrete industry to move from pure disposal technology to a materials management system with closed material cycles. The tried and tested OLAS density measuring system (Optical Light Absorption Sensor) from Werne & Thiel Sensortechnic has been extended by a new measuring variant.
