The company SOBIG (Industrialized Concrete Company Gloulou), based in Msaken near Sousse and in El Bir Kassaa in Tunisia belongs to the group Gloulou, one of the pioneers of Tunisian construction sector, erected in 1968. The group is active in the construction industry, public works, property development and industrialization and marketing of precast building materials. This last sector is the field of intervention of the company SOBIG which was created in 1995. The company SOBIG currently employs 170 persons. It has four production units: Ready mix concrete, the shaping and the assembly of reinforcement steel, precast concrete elements, and the production of kerbstones and paving stones. SOBIG has replaced its production line for the production of kerbstones and paving stones, the French supplier of materials Quadra was selected.
