Fib Commission 6 (Prefabrication) developed, in its Bulletin 29, a State of the Art Report called “Precast Concrete Bridges” which was a good first step in the dissemination of knowledge in this field. The intention of this paper is to provide a description of the present status of devel- opment of solutions for precast concrete bridges, of which there is now an astounding variety.
