Originally founded as Central Precast Inc. in 1956 by Luigi Mion, the company manufactures circular and elliptical concrete pipe, circular and box maintenance holes, catch basins, highway barriers, box culverts, retaining wall segments and many more items from their two facilities in Carp (Ottawa area) and Ayr (Toronto area) Ontario.
