Specialist engineered solutions provider, CCL, has acquired Spiroll, completing the transition of the hollowcore specialist into the CCL group of companies that began three years ago. The move continues a long-standing partnership between the two companies, which first saw CCL invest in Spiroll in 2001. Spiroll has been selling CCL’s prestressing equipment as part of its equipment portfolio for the past 14 years and completion of the acquisition now opens up new markets and greater synergies for both companies.
