Jakob Stockschläder GmbH & Co. KG can look back on more than 60 years of history as a family-owned business. The company, founded in 1949 by the then 18-year-old Jakob Stockschläder, was a pure pumice stone enterprise in the beginning and developed over the years into a notable producer of pumice concrete products for the building industry. Today, in addition to chimney systems, Jasto Baustoffwerke’s range of products is mainly supplemented by a large number of products for garden and landscape construction. The products are now marketed under this name and Jasto has rapidly become known beyond the borders of the region. In order to be able to meet the respective needs of the market, Jasto is countering the changing demands with great entrepreneurial dynamism. This naturally includes high performance production lines in addition to innovative products such as the Jasto Z-Stone. In order to ensure this and to create further capacities, Jasto recently invested in the extension and modernisation of its production lines for garden and landscape construction products.
