The Industrial Development Agency (ARP) has launched a strategic investment in Suchedniów, Poland, transforming the site of the former “Marywil” S.A. factory into a modern production facility for precast concrete elements. In just ten months from groundbreaking, ARP Budownictwo completed the construction of the plant, equipped it with state-of-the-art technology, and started production. Once fully operational, the facility will employ over 100 people and achieve an annual output of up to 400,000 m² of wall and floor slab elements — a major step forward in revitalizing the region’s industrial potential.
