The Industrialized Integral Modular Building System (eMii) is a sustainable, industrialized construction system that can be used in any build - ing designed around a repeatable unit. It has many applications, including multifamily dwellings, residential homes, student residences, hotels, offices, and others. The system consists of large, three-dimensional modules of reinforced concrete which undergo a process in which various elements, installations and materials are assembled. When they are ready to leave the production plant, the modules are fully equipped and fitted out. The fittings and finishes can be fully adapted to the client’s needs.
