Oblak Group d.o.o. manufactured concrete products at its Logatec site on an existing system that has been extended over many years. By replacing the central concrete block and paver machine and renewing the cubing system on the dry side, the production line was brought to the best possible new performance level. At the same time, an inline quality control was integrated on the wet side, feeding all relevant geometry and image data of the manufactured concrete products back into the running process. In addition, the existing older system sections received a safety upgrade to a safety PLC.
