The management of Kobra Formen GmbH is ideally set up for the coming years. Jürgen Braungardt, son of the company’s founder Rudolf Braungardt, who established the company in Lengenfeld in the Vogtland in 1991, has been a member of the management since 25 October 2011. The company founder retired from the management on his 65th birthday four years ago, since when he has accompanied the firm as majority shareholder.
