Noted American PCI producer Wells Concrete, undertook a mega development during 2008/09 with a Greenfield project located Northwest of Minneapolis, Minnesota near the small town center of Albany, Minnesota. The long-term development is part of an overall market approach, which has the new Wells facility strategically located in the development corridor of Interstate 94 toward the lake territories, and halfway between the flagship operation, in Wells, Minnesota, and the furthermost location of Wells Concrete in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
