The National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) was recently named an accredited training provider for concrete pipe, precast concrete drainage structures and box culvert products by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). The FDOT stamp of approval provides NPCA with an unprecedented opportunity to conduct Quality Assurance training for all Florida personnel involved in testing and inspection processes for these specific precast concrete product lines.
