The National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) has named Ronald A. Fleming as vice president of Marketing and Communication. Fleming will direct NPCA’s marketing and communications staff and represent the association in promoting precast concrete products to specifiers and end users. He will also evaluate market conditions and industry data in this newly established role.
