The IPHA Technical Seminar in Tallinn, Estonia, on October 25-26, 2017 was held under the headline Design Course – Hollowcore Slab and Floor Design – Background and examples. The two days Technical Seminar was held in Park Inn Hotel close to the interesting old city of Tallinn. 137 delegates from 28 different countries representing 67 different companies listened to high level and very interesting lectures.
