… Technician Holland, MI- Tiger/Pathfinder Systems and Merts, LLC welcomes Quint Thocher as their newest Project Manager and Service Technician to round out the service team offerings. Quint comes to Tiger/Pathfinder Systems and Merts with over 17 years in the Block, Paver and Concrete Industries at Lithibar Matik Inc., Tiger/Pathfinder Systems, and Anchor Block. He’s spent much of his time in roles involved with manufacturing, engineering, plant installations, troubleshooting, and some sales engineering. Additionally, Quint has over 20 years of experience in several different manufacturing areas, with expertise in plant automation, continuous improvement, Six Sigma, quality systems, predictive index, along with certifications in Strengths Based Leadership, document control, and ISO 9001 lead auditing.
