Prof. Viktor Mechtcherine from the Technical University of Dresden, Germany, will kick off the ICCX on 01 December with the ICCX Academy, an intensive workshop on the latest developments in concrete technology. On the following two days of the conference, presentations will be given, amongst others, by Prof. Albert de la Fuente, Spain, on the behaviour of fibre-reinforced precast concrete elements and concrete products under various environmental influences, by Dipl.-Ing. Thomas Friedrich, Germany, on a new type of mobile prestressing bed, and by Dr. Maria Krutilova, Russia, on CO2-reduced construction with concrete.
From cover blocks to complete manufacturing plants
Just as important as the technical conference program is the accompanying trade fair, the size of which is expected to exceed 100 exhibition booths this year. Exhibitors from Russia and around the world, representing the globally leading suppliers for the concrete manufacturing industry, will once again present their services and products. From machines and plants, formwork and moulds to cementitious binders, release agents, cover blocks and spacers – truly everything that a concrete plant requires for production is represented in the fair.
