Besser Company is pleased to announce the addition of Rodney Ebeling to their Sales Team. As Besser´s newest Sales Representative, Rodney is beginning his career teaming up with industry-veteran Robert Frisby assisting producers throughout the South-Central United States. Rodney joins Regional Manager, Rick Dolly and Sales Representatives, Rodney Lang, and Brian Motley in serving the region.

“We’re thrilled that Rodney decided to make a career shift and join the Besser Team. His depth of knowledge will prove to be a tremendous asset to producers,” shared Rick Dolly, Regional Manager. “I’m looking forward to working with producers throughout the region, learn about their operations, and assist them in reaching their goals,” commented Rodney.

Rodney has spent his entire career in the concrete products industry with Acme Brick in Texas. He joined the company in 2002, armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Systems Management from Texas A&M. Throughout his career, Rodney was promoted into progressively more responsible roles including plant management where he drove improvements to production and product design to enhance quality while reducing cost. In his management roles he was intimately involved with efficiency improvements, results-driven maintenance, and product development. Most recently Rodney served as General Production Manager – Block Operations where he had responsibility for six plants including one burnishing plant and one bagging facility.

His thirst for knowledge led him to earn Concrete Masonry Testing and Concrete Technologist Certifications from the National Concrete Masonry Association. His desire to give back led him to roles serving as the Chair of NCMA’s Education & Training Committee and NCMA Board Member.
