Suitable moisture measurement systems are an important part of modern concrete mixing plants in order to achieve quality assurance and the optimum control of the requisite concrete consistency. In an economically difficult environment, additional factors such as the optimum exploitation of raw materials and the increase in the efficiency of production plants are gaining in importance. A contribution can be made to this by ‘intelligent’ moisture measurement systems, which have sophisticated features and reduce the influence of grading curve variations on the measurement result.
