Global operator Ammann Group and concrete plant manufacturer Elba announced the conclusion of a contract on the acquisition of all shares in Elba-Werk Maschinen-Gesellschaft mbH by Ammann. Elba was founded in 1948. The company is based in Ettlingen, Germany and throughout the world is considered a much-respected producer of high-quality concrete mixing plants. It rounds off the Ammann Group portfolio perfectly and is an ideal complement to the existing asphalt mixing plant and machine divisions.
