The construction market in South Africa is teeming with activity. Mining and quarrying company Quarry Cats realised the potential and set up a brand new venture, Elematic Hollow Core Slabs (Pty) Ltd, that will start manufacturing precast concrete hollow-core slabs for the South African market early next year.
