In June 2009, Elematic celebrated its 50 anniversary with a huge birthday party in Helsinki, Finland. Elematic Oy Ab is one of the success stories of the Finnish mechanical engineering industry, which is renowned for its innovative and high-quality products. The company is a technology and market leader in precast concrete plants, production lines, machinery and equipment worldwide, and, during the last two years, it has also been Finland’s most profitable business in terms of return on capital invested. Almost 95 per cent of the net sales is generated outside Finland, more than half of the total coming from the Middle East.
