Vom Staat initiiert, sollen hochautomatisierte Betonfertigteilfabriken die Bauindustrie in Singapur umkrempeln. Die Devise: weg vom zeit- und personalintensiven traditionellen Bauen, hin zu einer maximalen Vorfertigung. Straits Construction Group, eines der größten Bauunternehmen Singapurs, nahm vor kurzem eine solche Anlage in Betrieb. Produziert werden nicht nur Wand- und Deckenpaneele, sondern auch vorgespannte Massivdecken und 3-D-Küchen- und Badmodule – und das auf mehreren Ebenen. Die entsprechenden Anlagen und Softwarelösungen wurden von Unternehmen der Progress Group entwickelt. Hauptverantwortlich für das Gesamtkonzept und die Installation war das Tochterunternehmen Ebawe Anlagentechnik.
