A new patent star on the hollow core horizon

After an inspired meeting with Pentti Virtanen, said to be one of the fathers of the Finnish hollow core slab extruder, Sven Wallgren decided to merge some of the best talent in the hollow core field and established Concore B.V in 2010. Despite its young history, the history of its each member company represents 15-30 years of hollow core slab and machinery technology experience. With the launch of its new patent- ed machinery on the market, Concore B.V. has shown undisputed success in terms of product quality and spare part availability. With three patents or patent applications already under its belt, Concore has worldwide references located in the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, Russia, Ukraine, Malaysia and Qatar. Before Concore, Wallgren was one of the founders of X-TEC Oy Ltd in Finland.
